Reason I say this is a spotting session is mostly watching stopping and talking. And Cinesync looks scalable in terms of users and subscriptions too.ĭon't know how much money or how high end your project needs to be at this stage, but I would think to simply do a spotting session, a BITC stamped QT that everyone references and the phone or Skype would be better. Maybe someone will have an answer here, or contact the guys at SC. For SC you need a static IP and port forwarding, not sure how you do port forwarding in a hotel. It looks you mean to say 3 locations? If so, as great as SC is, you'll need 3 licenses each person will need to know how to set it up and use it and while I guess it can be done, SC in a hotel room might be tricky. I don't have a real recommendation, other than to point out the pitfalls to be mindful of. Bandwidth may be a problem, because the composer will be in a hotel, but getting everybody identical QTs of the picture should not be a problem. I'm looking to to a music spotting session over the net editor and director in the cutting room, composer and music editor in other remote locations. Its gonna cost a lot but it's gonna work and this project will pay for it. It has voice ip hooks into it too for communication etc. This is a 100 percent system for anyone of any skill level to use. Using a CineSync program compatible Android TV, Apple, or Roku TV, or streaming appliance is easy. cineSync 5 supports separate audio tracks, and there are several ways to add the audio track together with your media file. On a big tv so it should be really awesome at 11000 price tag it should be good it requires a steady 4 mg pipe which isn't much of our fiber system and they have fiber too. CineSync program compatible TV's and streaming appliances allows for a full suite of controls and settings for your Enclave CineHome PRO or CineHome II home theater system to be accessible right from your TV screen. HD picture etc and they will watch the show in their boardroom. They use this system for hospitals for major operations all over the world. We will be using the Haivision system it's damn expensive but it works flawlessly. In the short term, little will change, Cospective will continue to support cineSync. This acquisition enables Cospective and ftrack to work even more closely in the pursuit of better workflows. Its practically the same approach as a remote ADR session except its a remote mix session. ftrack and Cospective have enjoyed a close working relationship since 2015, and have already developed a deep integration that links ftrack with cineSync. If you are doing an entire project even Fedex them a laptop with everything ready to go. Screen share (w/ log me in or what have you) to administer their setup if you need to help them directly. If they don't have ProTools they can use any rewire enabled software (i bet even garageband). simply prebake your clients session with all the video files in place and send it to them. Source Elements even has a beta 5.1/surround version of Source-Connect. Why waist bandwidth, kill the picture quality, and risk drop outs streaming the same picture over and over again? Also the latency is lower than using a broadcast solution w/ a much bigger video data stream. +1 for Source-Connect w/ RTS to lock your audio stream to your client's local video playback. General General Info Settings Preferences Updated Ap10:54 The Preferences pane allows you to choose your preferred settings for cineSync 5.
